Start by soaking almonds in hot water for 10 minutes, then remove their skins.

Process the peeled almonds, coriander, onion, ginger, and garlic pastes to a smooth consistency in a food processor, then mix in salt and lemon juice.

Combine this paste with yogurt and chicken in a large bowl, ensuring all chicken pieces are coated; marinate for 24 hours in the refrigerator.

Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers and grill, brushing lightly with oil.
