Instructions

  1. Combine white chocolate, butter, heavy cream, and salt in a microwave-safe bowl.

  2. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring until melted and smooth. If the mixture separates, blend briefly to combine.

  3. Stir in 1/4 cup sprinkles, cover, and chill for 60 to 90 minutes until firm.

  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the remaining 3/4 cup sprinkles in a shallow bowl.

  5. Scoop 1-inch balls from the chilled mixture, roll each in sprinkles, and gently press the sprinkles into the chocolate before placing on the prepared sheet.

  6. Repeat for all remaining chocolate mixture.
