Red, White, and Blue Truffles

Instructions

Combine white chocolate, butter, heavy cream, and salt in a microwave-safe bowl.

Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring until melted and smooth. If the mixture separates, blend briefly to combine.

Stir in 1/4 cup sprinkles, cover, and chill for 60 to 90 minutes until firm.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the remaining 3/4 cup sprinkles in a shallow bowl.

Scoop 1-inch balls from the chilled mixture, roll each in sprinkles, and gently press the sprinkles into the chocolate before placing on the prepared sheet.

Repeat for all remaining chocolate mixture.
