Instructions

  1. Soak steel cut oats in 4 cups of water for at least two hours, preferably overnight; optionally, soak dates to aid blending and use their water in the next step.

  2. Rinse the soaked oats, then blend with dates and 2 cups of water (incorporating date soak water if used) for 25 seconds until smooth.
