Instructions

  1. Set dehydrator to 115 F.

  2. In a food processor, finely grind flax and sunflower seeds until flour-like.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and process for 10 seconds until a chunky batter forms.

  4. Spread the batter evenly onto a Teflex-lined dehydrator tray.

  5. Dehydrate for 12 hours; flip, remove Teflex sheet, and continue dehydrating for another 12 hours until the bread is dry and firm.

  6. Cut into 12 pieces and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
