Raspberry Iced Tea

A delightful and easy-to-make iced tea infused with fresh raspberries, ideal for a refreshing summer beverage.

Instructions

  1. Start boiling 4 cups of water. Once boiled, remove from heat, stir in sugar until dissolved, add tea bags, and steep for 10-15 minutes; remove tea bags and let cool.

  2. Separately, bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan. Reduce heat, add and mash raspberries, then simmer for 15 minutes; remove from heat and let cool.

  3. Strain the cooked raspberries through a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth to extract their juice.

  4. Combine the cooled sweet tea and raspberry juice in a pitcher with the juice of one lemon, then stir well.

  5. Chill thoroughly, then serve over ice, garnished with fresh raspberries and lemon slices.
