Raspberry Crumble Bars
Raspberry bars feature a buttery oat crumb crust and topping, filled with raspberry jam and coconut.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a 9-inch square baking pan.

Combine butter, flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, oats, salt, and egg; beat until blended but crumbly.

Reserve 2 cups of the crumb mixture; press the remaining mixture into the prepared pan.

Spread raspberry jam evenly over the crumb layer, leaving a 1/2-inch border.

Sprinkle flaked coconut over the jam.

Top with the reserved crumb mixture.

Bake for approximately 45 minutes, or until the topping is lightly browned.

Cool completely before slicing into squares.
