Raspberry Cool Whip Jello Recipe

Instructions

Start boiling water for the gelatine mixture.

Dissolve gelatine powder in boiling water, then add cold water and stir.

Refrigerate the gelatine mixture for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, beat sugar and cream cheese until smooth, then beat in milk.

Stir one container of whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.

Remove the gelatine mixture from the refrigerator and stir in the remaining whipped topping until smooth.

Pour half of the raspberry gelatine mixture into a tall glass bowl.

Top with the cream cheese and whipped topping mixture.

Add the remaining raspberry gelatine mixture.

Refrigerate until the dessert is set, about 1 hour.
