Preheat the grill, creating a two-level heat zone.

Marinate pork chops in salad dressing for 30 minutes to 8 hours, then remove and discard marinade.

Sear chops on the hottest grill section for 1 to 2 minutes per side until they release easily.

Transfer chops to the cooler grill section, cover, and cook for 4 minutes.

Flip chops, cover, and grill for another 4 to 6 minutes, or until reaching an internal temperature of 145 to 150 F.

Remove chops from the grill, cover, and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
