Instructions

  1. Divide cheese into four bowls.

  2. Color each bowl of cheese with a different food coloring, stirring until fully coated.

  3. Arrange the colored cheese in distinct lines on one slice of bread to form a rainbow pattern.

  4. Top with the second slice of bread, then butter the sandwich exterior.

  5. Preheat a medium pan, then cook the buttered sandwich for a few minutes until golden brown and cheese melts.

  6. Flip and cook the other side until golden and melted.
