Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment or waxed paper.

  2. Melt 16 ounces of white candy coating in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.

  3. Dip each cookie into the melted coating until fully covered, allowing excess to drip, then place it on the prepared baking sheet.

  4. After coating 4 to 5 cookies, immediately arrange five assorted mini candies into a rainbow shape on each cookie, then add a pinch of white pearl sprinkles below the rainbow.

  5. Repeat the dipping and decorating steps for all remaining cookies.

  6. Refrigerate the tray for 15 to 20 minutes until the coating is set, then serve.
