Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F and prepare a baking sheet.

  2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar in a bowl.

  3. Stir in melted butter and beer until a cohesive dough forms.

  4. Lightly knead the dough 3-4 times on a floured surface, then pat it into a 3/4-inch thick circle.

  5. Cut out biscuits and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
