Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 F.

  2. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl, then blend in margarine with a fork until fine particles form.

  3. Stir in soy milk until the mixture comes together.

  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth, adding more flour if sticky.

  5. Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness, cut into rounds, and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
