Quick and Easy Sesame Fried Rice

Instructions

  1. Toast rice in sesame oil in a large skillet for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned, then add water and cook for 20-25 minutes until done.

  2. In a separate pan, sauté onion, cabbage, carrots, and peas in olive oil for about 5 minutes until vegetables are almost soft.

  3. Combine the cooked rice with the sautéed vegetables and stir until heated through.

  4. Mix in soy sauce, adding more to achieve desired taste.
