Quick and Easy Canned Tuna Fish Tacos

Instructions

  1. If using hard taco shells, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, cream, and lemon or lime juice for the sauce.

  3. Combine diced onions and cilantro to create the garnish.

  4. Heat oil in a pan and sauté tuna until heated through and slightly browned.

  5. Heat soft tortillas on a hot griddle until very hot. For hard taco shells, bake them in the preheated oven until crispy.

  6. Assemble tacos by placing tuna onto each tortilla, then topping with the onion-cilantro mix and a drizzle of cream sauce.

  7. Serve immediately, with optional Mexican table sauce or other condiments.
