Instructions

Place a clay pot on a fireproof surface, ensuring a lid is ready to extinguish flames.

In a small glass, dissolve 1 tablespoon sugar in 4 tablespoons orujo; set aside.

Pour the remaining orujo and sugar into the clay pot. Add lemon peel and coffee beans, stirring to combine.

Transfer the orujo-sugar mixture from the glass to a ladle and ignite it. Carefully lower the flaming ladle to the pot until the main mixture catches fire.

Stir the pot's contents until the flames turn blue.

Use the lid to cover the pot and extinguish the flames, then serve hot.
