Pumpkin Squares With Oat Crust and Crumb Topping

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 F and butter a 13x9-inch baking pan.

Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, pecans, salt, baking soda, and butter to form a crumbly mixture.

Reserve 1 1/2 cups of the crumb mixture, then press the remaining mixture into the pan and bake for 10 minutes.

Beat all filling ingredients until smooth.

Spread the filling over the baked crust and sprinkle with the reserved crumb mixture.

Bake for an additional 25 minutes, then cool and cut into bars.
