Pumpkin Cookies With Walnuts or Pecans Recipe
Sweet and spiced pumpkin cookies combine mashed pumpkin, eggs, butter, and either walnuts or pecans for a delightful treat.

Preheat the oven to 375 F.

Beat butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in pumpkin and vanilla extract.
