Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and prepare a 13x9-inch baking pan by greasing and flouring it.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

  3. In a large bowl, beat eggs, pumpkin, vanilla, and oil until blended.

  4. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet until just blended, then spread batter into the prepared pan.

  5. For the streusel, combine 3/4 cup flour, 1/3 cup brown sugar, and cinnamon in a medium bowl.

  6. Cut in butter until crumbly, then mix in pecans.

  7. Evenly sprinkle topping over the batter.

  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool completely in the pan on a rack before cutting.
