Pulled Pork With Peppers

Layer half the onions in a slow cooker, place the seasoned pork roast over them, then add the remaining onions, peppers, and lime juice.

Remove the pork and vegetables, shred the pork, discard cooking liquid, and return the shredded pork to the slow cooker.
