Pulled Pork Steak

Instructions

  1. Combine all marinade ingredients, then place shoulder chops in a resealable bag with the marinade and refrigerate for 6 to 12 hours.

  2. Preheat your grill or smoker to 250 F; remove chops from the marinade, reserving the liquid.

  3. Grill or smoke the chops for 90 minutes, turning them once halfway through.

  4. Wrap each chop in aluminum foil with half of the reserved marinade, then increase the grill or oven temperature to 350 F (175 C).

  5. Continue cooking for 30 more minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 175 F (80 C), then serve hot.
