Pulled Pork in the Slow Cooker
A simple slow cooker pulled pork recipe, prepared with only four ingredients, yields tender meat perfect for serving with buns and sides.

Layer half of the sliced onions in the slow cooker, then add pork, water, and the remaining onions.

Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours, or on high for 4 to 5 hours.

Drain liquid from the slow cooker, then shred or coarsely chop the cooked pork, discarding excess fat.

Return shredded pork to the slow cooker, add barbecue sauce and chopped onion, then cover and cook on low for an additional 2 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.

Serve with warm buns and coleslaw.
