Puka Dog Recipe
Hawaiian-style puka dogs feature grilled Polish sausages tucked into sweet rolls, generously topped with sweet mango mustard and chunky pineapple relish.

Blend all mango relish ingredients until smooth, then set aside.

Pulse pineapple relish ingredients in a food processor until combined but chunky.

Prepare hot dog buns by either splitting and toasting the insides, or by poking a hole with a turkey baster.

Cook Polish sausages on a grill or grill pan over high heat for 3 to 5 minutes until seared and hot.

Drizzle mango mustard and pineapple relish into the prepared bun, then insert the hot dog; serve immediately with additional toppings.
