Pressure Cooker Porcupine Meatballs

In a large bowl, combine meat, rice, salt, pepper, and onion, then form into 1-inch balls.

Mix tomato soup and water directly in the pressure cooker and heat the sauce.

Carefully place the meatballs into the heated soup mixture.

Secure the pressure cooker lid, cook at high pressure for 10 minutes, then allow for natural pressure release.

Verify meat temperature is 160 F; if not, cook for an additional 3-4 minutes at high pressure.
