Instructions

  1. Coat the beef with flour, salt, and pepper.

  2. Heat oil in the pressure cooker, then add the coated beef and brown thoroughly, stirring occasionally.

  3. Stir in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, marjoram, and onion; bring the mixture to a boil.

  4. Secure the pressure cooker lid and cook at high pressure for 15 minutes.

  5. Release the pressure, then add the remaining vegetables, seasoned salt, and pepper.

  6. Secure the lid again and cook at high pressure for an additional 5 minutes.

  7. Release pressure, stir the stew, adjust seasonings, and serve.
