Potato Chip Chicken Recipe

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.

  2. Split chicken breasts in half and pound each to 1/4-inch thickness.

  3. Crush potato chips in a plastic bag with a rolling pin and place them in a shallow bowl.

  4. Combine flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a separate shallow bowl.

  5. Whisk eggs until well beaten in a third shallow bowl.

  6. Dip each chicken piece into the flour, then the egg, and finally press thoroughly into the crushed potato chips to coat.

  7. Place the coated chicken onto a cooling rack set on a baking sheet.

  8. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until cooked through and crunchy.
