Potato Chip Chicken Recipe

Preheat the oven to 400 F.

Split chicken breasts in half and pound each to 1/4-inch thickness.

Crush potato chips in a plastic bag with a rolling pin and place them in a shallow bowl.

Combine flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a separate shallow bowl.

Whisk eggs until well beaten in a third shallow bowl.

Dip each chicken piece into the flour, then the egg, and finally press thoroughly into the crushed potato chips to coat.

Place the coated chicken onto a cooling rack set on a baking sheet.

Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until cooked through and crunchy.
