Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.

  2. In a bowl, combine sliced potatoes with 3 tablespoons melted butter, onion, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, and half of the Parmesan cheese; toss to coat.

  3. Brush a 9-inch pie plate with the remaining tablespoon of melted butter.

  4. Arrange the potato mixture in the prepared plate, then sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan.

  5. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until golden brown and tender, covering with foil after 45 minutes if browning too quickly.
