Pork Satay Recipe

Instructions

  1. Prepare a grill to medium-high heat (400-475 F).

  2. Cut pork into 1-inch pieces.

  3. Blend peanut butter, onion, garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, hot sauce, and oil for the marinade.

  4. Coat pork pieces with marinade in a bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight. If using bamboo skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes.

  5. Thread pork onto skewers.

  6. Grill skewers, turning as needed, for 6-8 minutes until pork reaches 145 F internal temperature.

  7. Combine soy sauce, water, green onions, chili, brown sugar, and fish sauce to make the dipping sauce.

  8. Serve grilled pork with the dipping sauce.
