Pork Saltimbocca Recipe
A pan-fried Italian dish, this saltimbocca variation uses pork tenderloin wrapped in prosciutto and sage instead of veal.

Season the pork loin, wrap each piece tightly with prosciutto and a sage leaf, then dredge in flour.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the pork for about 5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.

Transfer the cooked pork to a platter and cover with foil to keep warm.

Add butter and minced garlic to the pan and cook for one minute, then add white wine and cook for 1-2 minutes until the alcohol cooks out.
