Pork Roast With Apple Stuffing Recipe

Preheat the oven to 375 F and prepare a large baking pan.

Sauté celery and onion in butter until translucent, then add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Introduce chicken broth and apple juice to the pot, bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Stir in sage, thyme, and stuffing mix; allow it to cool.

Season the deboned pork roast generously with salt and pepper, making cuts if necessary to flatten it.

Create holes in the pork and insert garlic slivers.

Evenly spread the cooled stuffing onto the open pork roast, then roll it lengthwise and secure with kitchen twine. Place the roast seam-side down in the prepared pan with additional chicken broth and apple juice around it, then cover tightly.

Bake for 2 hours, then uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes until browned and an internal temperature of at least 170 F is reached.
