Pork Rib Roast With Orange Garlic Marinade
A simple marinated pork loin roast, flavored with garlic, orange juice, and mustard, makes an ideal family or Sunday dinner.

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

Dry the pork roast thoroughly.

In a large resealable bag or container, combine orange juice, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and honey or brown sugar. Add the pork and marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.

Prepare a roasting pan by lining it with foil and placing a rack inside.

Remove the pork from the marinade and place it on the rack in the prepared pan. Optionally, wrap bone tops with foil.

Roast the pork for approximately 20 minutes per pound, or until an internal temperature of 145 F is reached.

While pork rests, boil the remaining marinade. Whisk cornstarch with water until smooth, then add to the boiling marinade and stir until thickened.

Tent the pork with foil and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Slice the roast between the ribs and drizzle with the prepared sauce.
