Pork Chops Baked in Mushroom Sauce Recipe

Preheat oven to 325 F and grease a shallow baking dish.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Pat pork chops dry, season with salt and pepper, then sear 1-2 minutes per side in the hot oil. Transfer chops to the prepared baking dish.

Add chopped onions and mushrooms to the skillet; cook, stirring, for 4-6 minutes until browned and tender.

Stir in chicken broth, scraping any browned bits from the pan.

Combine Ranch dressing and mustard in a separate bowl. Stir this mixture into the skillet and boil for one minute.
