Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 F.

  2. Finely chop garlic, parsley, and onion; combine them in a bowl.

  3. Season the mixture with paprika, pepper, salt, and 3 tablespoons of olive oil, ensuring a thick consistency.

  4. Grease a roasting pan, then season pork chops and coat them with the herb mixture, placing any remaining mixture between the chops in the pan.

  5. Roast for 12 minutes, then flip chops, pile the mixture back on top, and roast for another 12 to 13 minutes.

  6. If the pork is cooked but the onion mixture is not, quickly sauté the onion mixture in a frying pan until done.

  7. Serve the pork chops with the herb sauce.
