Instructions

  1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a small bowl; let stand for 5 minutes. If desired, substitute peanut oil with vegetable oil, or use 3 tablespoons vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon sesame oil.

  2. Place pork chops or tenderloin in a zip-top bag with the marinade; refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours.

  3. To freeze, remove all air from the bag and store for up to three months.

  4. Cook the marinated pork as desired.
