Pork and Shrimp Wonton

Instructions

  1. Start boiling water or broth in a large pot.

  2. Process half the shrimp, all pork, ginger, salt, light soy sauce, rice wine, white pepper, and sesame oil in a food processor until combined.

  3. Chop the remaining shrimp, add to a bowl with spring onions and the processed mixture, then combine thoroughly.

  4. Place 1 teaspoon of filling onto each wonton wrapper, moisten edges, then seal to form a bundle; dust finished wontons with flour on a plate.

  5. Cook wontons in batches in the boiling water until they float, approximately 5 minutes.
