Instructions

  1. Start boiling a large saucepan of salted water while mixing grated potato, flour, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl to form a thick paste.

  2. Dip a teaspoon in the boiling water, then scoop half a teaspoon of dumpling mixture and slide it into the water; repeat until all dough is used.

  3. Simmer dumplings for about 20 minutes until cooked through. Drain and serve as a side dish, vegetarian meal, or in soup.
