Polish Crepes Recipe - Thick Nalesniki

Blend all ingredients until smooth; transfer to a pitcher, cover, and rest for 30 minutes.

Lightly butter a nonstick crepe pan. Ladle 2 ounces of batter, swirl to coat the bottom, and cook until lightly browned on both sides.

Remove cooked crepes to waxed paper and repeat with remaining batter. Serve immediately or freeze.

Place 2 tablespoons of filling on each crepe, then fold the sides inward and roll from the bottom.

Pan-fry filled crepes in butter, or bake in a buttered casserole dish until set. Alternatively, dip in beaten egg, then breadcrumbs, and fry until golden.
