Pistachio Butter
Homemade pistachio butter requires only two simple ingredients and a food processor for an easy preparation.

Shell pistachios, if necessary.

Place shelled pistachios and salt into a food processor and begin processing.

Continue processing; the nuts will transition from a fine powder to a thick, buttery consistency as their fats release.

Optionally, drizzle in a small amount of neutral oil during processing for a thinner butter.

Once desired consistency is reached, spoon the pistachio butter into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
