Pineapple Mojito Recipe

A refreshing Pineapple Mojito is easily made by infusing a classic mojito with the sweet tropical flavor of pineapple.

Instructions

  1. Start boiling water and pineapple juice in a saucepan over medium heat; add raw sugar and stir until dissolved.

  2. Remove from heat, allow the syrup to cool completely, then bottle and refrigerate for up to two weeks.

  3. In a glass, combine pineapple syrup, pineapple chunks, lime wedges, and mint leaves, then muddle well.

  4. Pour in rum, fill the glass with ice, and top with club soda.

  5. Garnish the drink with a mint sprig, pineapple wedge, and lime slice.
