Pineapple Mojito Recipe
A refreshing Pineapple Mojito is easily made by infusing a classic mojito with the sweet tropical flavor of pineapple.

Instructions

Start boiling water and pineapple juice in a saucepan over medium heat; add raw sugar and stir until dissolved.

Remove from heat, allow the syrup to cool completely, then bottle and refrigerate for up to two weeks.

In a glass, combine pineapple syrup, pineapple chunks, lime wedges, and mint leaves, then muddle well.

Pour in rum, fill the glass with ice, and top with club soda.
