Instructions

  1. Prepare the tonic using either a blender or a juicer.

  2. For the blender method: Combine coconut water, filtered water, pineapple, lime, and mint in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth; strain through a nut milk bag or sieve if a pulp-free drink is preferred.

  3. For the juicer method: Juice pineapple, mint, lemon, lime, and apples. Stir the extracted juice with coconut water and filtered water.

  4. Serve the tonic immediately. Store any remaining tonic in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
