Instructions

  1. Combine mustard seeds, dill seed, coriander seeds, chile flakes, ground bay leaves, celery seeds, white peppercorns, and black peppercorns in a bowl; mix well.

  2. Grind the mixture with a mortar and pestle or food processor, if desired, noting that whole spices will keep longer.

  3. Store the mixture in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
