Personal Pizza Dough

An easy homemade dough recipe yields three 9-inch crusts for personal pizzas.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine yeast, water, sugar, salt, and oil, then mix in enough flour to form a kneadable dough.

  3. Knead dough on a surface for 3 minutes, adding flour if needed to prevent stickiness.

  4. Place dough in a greased bowl, turning to coat, then cover and let rise in a warm spot for 30 minutes until doubled.

  5. Divide dough into 3 equal parts. Press one part into a 9-inch circle on a greased pan, then add sauce and desired toppings.

  6. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the pizza edges are lightly golden.
