Perfect Slow Cooker Pork Chops

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the onions, then arrange them in a single layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.

  2. Sear both sides of the pork chops in a skillet.

  3. Dissolve bouillon in hot water and stir in the mustard.

  4. Place the seared pork chops on top of the onions, season with pepper, and pour the mustard-bouillon mixture over them.

  5. Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours.
