Perfect Slow Cooker Pork Chops

Peel and slice the onions, then arrange them in a single layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.

Sear both sides of the pork chops in a skillet.

Dissolve bouillon in hot water and stir in the mustard.

Place the seared pork chops on top of the onions, season with pepper, and pour the mustard-bouillon mixture over them.
