Perfect 3-Bean Salad

Instructions

Drain the canned green, yellow, and kidney beans; rinse the kidney beans under cold water until clear. Combine all beans in a large serving bowl.

Chop the bell pepper and thinly slice the red onion. Add these to the beans.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.

Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss thoroughly to coat.

Cover the salad and chill for a minimum of 4 hours. Toss again just before serving.
