Pepperoni Pizza Sliders
Buttery brioche rolls filled with pepperoni and cheese create crowd-pleasing pizza sliders, perfect for family dinners or game day snacks.

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 F.

Combine melted butter, Parmesan or Romano cheese, dried oregano, and garlic powder.

Slice slider rolls in half, place bottom halves on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and brush with half of the butter mixture.

Layer each bottom half with tomato sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni (3-4 pieces), and chopped basil.

Cover with the top halves of the buns and brush with the remaining butter mixture.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
