Pepperoni Bread Recipe

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Whisk eggs, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning in a bowl; reserve 3 tablespoons of the mixture.

Roll bread dough into an 8x14-inch rectangle on a lightly floured surface.

Brush the majority of the egg mixture over the dough.

Layer pepperoni slices and shredded provolone cheese evenly over the dough.

Roll the dough from the narrow end, then pinch to seal the edges and ends.

Place the roll seam-side down on a baking sheet.

Brush the reserved egg mixture over the roll.

Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
