Pecan Pie With Graham Cracker Crust

Preheat oven to 350 F with a rack in the center.

In a large bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, whipping cream, corn syrup, salt, cinnamon, and brown sugar; mix thoroughly.

Fold pecans into the mixture.

Pour the filling into a graham cracker crust.

Place the pie on a rimmed baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the top is brown, puffy, and the filling is mostly set with a slight jiggle.
