Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F with a rack in the center.

  2. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, whipping cream, corn syrup, salt, cinnamon, and brown sugar; mix thoroughly.

  3. Fold pecans into the mixture.

  4. Pour the filling into a graham cracker crust.

  5. Place the pie on a rimmed baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the top is brown, puffy, and the filling is mostly set with a slight jiggle.

  6. Cool the pie completely on a wire rack before slicing.

  7. Serve with desired toppings like ice cream or whipped cream, optionally garnished with a mint leaf.
