Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.

  2. Combine pecans and panko in one bowl; in another, whisk 2 tablespoons of butter with honey mustard.

  3. Place salmon fillets in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper. Brush salmon with the honey mustard mixture, then top with the pecan mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.

  4. Drizzle remaining melted butter over the crusted salmon.

  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon flakes with a fork.
