Peas and Corn

Instructions

  1. Combine peas and corn with 1/4 cup water in a microwave-safe casserole dish.

  2. Cover, vent one corner, and microwave on high for 6 minutes.

  3. Stir, then microwave uncovered for 2 minutes more.

  4. Drain the vegetables, return them to the dish, and add butter and seasonings.

  5. Microwave uncovered for 1 minute, or until butter is melted and vegetables are hot.

  6. Let stand for 2 minutes, stir, and serve.
