Peanut Butter Halloween Eyeballs

Instructions

  1. Blend peanut butter and butter until creamy.

  2. Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla until the mixture is smooth.

  3. Line a cookie sheet, then scoop and roll the mixture into round balls, placing them on the sheet.

  4. Refrigerate the balls for 30 to 45 minutes until firm.

  5. Melt white chocolate coating in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.

  6. Dip each chilled peanut butter ball into the melted white chocolate, letting excess drip, then place it back on the cookie sheet.

  7. While the chocolate is still wet, press a candy-coated chocolate piece into the center of each ball.

  8. Return the decorated balls to the refrigerator to harden.

  9. Once firm, use red decorator frosting or an edible marker to create squiggly blood vessels on the eyeballs.

  10. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks, and serve at room temperature.
