Preheat the oven to 350 F and butter an 11x7-inch baking dish.

Place torn bread into a medium bowl.

Whisk 3 cups milk, 4 eggs, and vanilla, then pour over the bread and stir to combine.

In a saucepan, combine peanut butter, 1 cup milk, and sugars; heat over medium until the mixture is smooth.

Blend the peanut butter mixture into the bread mixture.

Optionally, stir in mini chocolate chips.
